We ship Canada-wide with tracking. Standard delivery is 7–14 business days after processing. Shipping is free on orders of $50 CAD or more; orders under $50 are charged a $7.99 CAD flat rate. A tracking number is emailed to you as soon as your order ships. PETPOP is not responsible for carrier delays once a package has left the warehouse. If your order hasn't arrived in the expected window, email samuellacroix@wwwpetpop.com and we'll track it down.
