PETPOP offers a 30-day satisfaction guarantee from the date of delivery. If you're not happy with your order, email samuellacroix@wwwpetpop.com and we'll arrange a refund or replacement. Items should be unused and in their original packaging. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, in which case we cover it. Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the return is received and checked. All prices and refunds are in Canadian dollars (CAD).
